List & Earn Promotion Terms & Conditions

Offer: Earn $5 when you publish a qualified tool listing on Tool Squire, plus an additional $5 after your first completed rental of that tool. This bonus is paid on top of your normal rental payouts.

Promotional Period: Starts immediately and continues until Tool Squire ends the offer. Limited monthly budget; availability may close without notice. Tool Squire may run this promotion randomly for select tool types in the future.

Eligibility:

  • Open to new and existing Tool Squire users located in the United States, age 18+.

  • Listing must be for a rent-ready tool or equipment item the lister owns and is legally permitted to rent.

Eligible Categories: Power tools and heavy equipment (Tool Squire may exclude accessories/consumables and low-demand items at its discretion). Future waves may target specific tool types only.

Geography Focus: Priority eligibility in Virginia and nearby metros; other regions subject to demand and approval.

Qualified Listing Requirements (to earn the initial $5):

  • Mandatory Tool Inspection: A completed Tool Squire Free Tool Inspection Form must be submitted and approved for the specific item prior to eligibility.

  • Photos: Minimum 6 clear, recent photos of the actual rental item, including: front/back, serial/ID if applicable, close-ups of wear/tear, all included accessories, and any safety features.

  • Accurate category, title, and description with condition notes and safety/PPE considerations where relevant.

  • Pricing: Minimum listed price of $10 (any rental length is acceptable—hourly, daily, weekly, etc.).

  • Listing must remain live for at least 30 days.

  • Listing must pass Tool Squire’s manual review.

One $5 publish bonus per unique tool (unique serial/ID if applicable or distinct make+model). A monthly cap per lister may apply.

First Rental Bonus (additional $5):

Paid after the first completed rental for that tool with successful pickup and return.

Payout is processed within 7–10 days after completion and verification.

This $5 rental bonus is in addition to the lister’s normal rental payout.

Anti-Gaming and Compliance:

  • No stock or duplicate photos. Photos must be of the actual rental item and should be recent, clear, and comprehensive.

  • Tool Squire may reject or remove listings that do not meet quality standards or appear fraudulent.

  • Multiple identical listings are not eligible for multiple publish bonuses.

Clawback: If a listing is removed for policy violations or fraud, unpaid bonuses will be forfeited and paid bonuses may be reversed.

Payout Method: Bonuses are paid via your linked Stripe account set up to receive your rental payouts. Listers are responsible for accurate payout details.

Taxes: Bonuses may be taxable. Listers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Changes and Termination: Tool Squire may modify or end this promotion at any time. All decisions by Tool Squire are final.
